Villa rental rates
The rental rates for the Tropical Villa are very beneficial especially when compared with a hotel booking for the same number of persons (1 double room in the Avilla beach hotel costs € 220,-a night). And in a hotel you won’t enjoy the privacy of a large villa with lovely terraces, big garden and the luxury of a large private swimming pool.

The rates for the Tropical Villa are per reservation irrespective of the number of persons. So you always rent the entire villa whether you are with 2 or 10 persons. The maximum number of persons that can stay at the Tropical Villa is 10 persons and a baby.

Car rental rate
The Tropical Villa has a large, well maintained car (SUV), a Ford explorer automatic (with air conditioning and car seat for small child, seats 5 adults comfortably) that you can rent for the favourable price of  € 45 a day when you are staying at the villa (a comparable car at the regular car rental companies on Curaçao costs between € 600 and € 700 a week). We don’t have a pick-up service from and to the airport but our villa is very close to the airport. If you take a taxi ($20) you will be there in 7 minutes and the car will be waiting for you on the drive way.

Rates

• Standard rate: € 250,- a night, minimal reservation of 4 nights. The Standard rate applies throughout the year except for High Season and Low Season.
• High Season rate: € 275,- a night, minimal reservation of 7 nights. In the months of July and August a minimal of 10 nights.
• Christmas rate: €325,- a night. A minimal reservation of 10 nights.
• Car Rent rate: € 45,- a day.

Including

• Gas consumption
• Bed linen
• Tea – and kitchen towels
• Towels and beach towels.
• Cleaning once a week
• Change of towels once a week
• The maintenance of the garden and the pool service for the swimming pool

1. The use of water and electricity during your stay. The electricity and water meter will be checked in your presence at arrival and departure. We will ask a compensation for the actual consumption during your stay at a rate of € 9,- per m3 (rounded up in units of 0.5 m3) for water and € 0,50 per kWh  for electricity. The costs will be settled with the deposit.
2. A Deposit of € 600,-. For 6 persons and more the deposit is €1000,-. The deposit will be refunded to you after clearing of costs for water and electricity.
3. A Tourist tax of 7%, this is only levied on the accommodation rate.
4. Final cleaning € 150,-
5. Optional car rent and deposit of € 400,-. The deposit will be refunded to you after clearing of any damage.

Payment by credit card, Paypal or (international) bank transfer

You can make a booking directly with us (the owners) just send an e-mail to info@tropenvillcuracao.nl. Payment of your booking can be done by credit card, Paypal or by (international) bank transfer.

• Credit card: We will send you a booking confirmation and a payment request with Paypal which you can pay directly with credit card even if you don’t have a Paypal account.
• Paypal: We will send you a booking confirmation and a payment request with Paypal which you can pay directly with your paypal account (it is possible to connect your credit card to your Paypal account).
• Bank transfer: We will send you a booking confirmation with all the details and our (international) bank account numbers. We also have a US Dollar account so it is possible to pay directly in US Dollars.

Availability and Reservation request

You can make a reservation request by sending an e-mail to info@tropenvillacuracao.nl. We will answer you as soon as possible but always within 24 hours. You can indicate whether you also wish to hire the car and/or use the facilities for a baby. We will check based on your flight times and availability if a late check-out (no extra charge) is possible.
