The Tropical Villa is a luxury and charming detached colonial villa for 10 persons (and a nabay or small child) with a large private pool with a very large walled tropical garden where you can enjoy complete privacy. The authentic Tropical villa offers all the ingredients for a luxury, sunny and relaxing holiday. The villa is equipped with all the comforts you need and are used to at home and then some. The Tropical Villa is located in a leafy and peaceful village called Julianadorp, a colonial villa quarter centrally located on Curaçao. Julianadorp is a spacious area that is known for its beautiful cool and authentic colonial villas, built in the 1950s by the Shell as Executive homes. The Tropical Villa  exudes the atmosphere of colonial times but is, of course, completely renovated and equipped with all modern comforts and luxury.

Privacy en luxury

The Tropical Villa is large detached villa that lies on a spacious walled plot of more than 2000 m2. In the large beautifully landscaped tropical garden with palm trees and tropical plants you can enjoy complete privacy in the garden as well as at the pool. The Tropical villa is situated on a hill to catch the maximum amount of wind so you can always enjoy a refreshing breeze while sunbathing at the pool and gazing at the Curaçao hill side. This very spacious, colonial villa offers all the contemporary luxury and privacy to make your Curaçao holiday an unforgettable one.

Villa and terraces

The Tropical villa is constructed in a way that there is always a refreshing wind blowing through the House, making the temperature in the living- and bedrooms always pleasant (in addition all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan). Due to the tropical climate in Curaçao, however, people mostly live outside. So you can have a family breakfast on the large front porch of the villa or lounge with a drink in the shadow on the very spacious back porch. Enjoy the sun on the sun loungers by the private pool (10 x 5 meters), kick the ball around or play beach ball and badminton on the large lawn or relax and read a book in the shade of the old tropical trees. Have a barbecue and food fest in the outdoor kitchen and gather at the large dining table to enjoy a home grilled meal or take the car (the Tropical villa has its own car, available for rent) and go out, it’s always happy hour somewhere on the island and there is a large choice of fine restaurants.

Central location on Curaçao

The Tropical villa in Julianadorp is a 10-minute drive from the airport and located right in the centre of the island, so you are never far away from the main attractions of Curaçao. Whether you’ll take the car and go shopping in historical Willemstad or visit a different tropical beach every day (Blue Bay Beach is only a 5 minute drive) to go diving, snorkelling or sunbathing. The Tropical Villa will always offer you a great place to come home to after a sunny day. Or just stay and relax at the villa all day, stock up at the local supermarket (there is a large supermarket within 5 minutes), get your favuorite snacks en drinks, put on some music and just stay at ‘home’ by the pool with all the luxury you’ll need within armsreach because that too is vacation.
